Bluerank, a technology company operating in Łódź, has become the first tenant of Imagine office space by leasing 2,043 sqm. for 7 years. The retail and service area located on the ground floor of building B will be developed, among others, by the bilingual Kids&Co. kindergarten and the Olimp restaurant. Avestus Real Estate, the investor of the project under construction at the intersection of Aleja Piłsudskiego and Śmigłego-Rydza in Łódź, plans to deliver commercial space to its tenants in Q3 2019.

The new Bluerank head office will take up 2,043 sqm. of space on the two floors of building B in the Imagine complex.

A bilingual Kids&Co. kindergarten and the Olimp restaurant have recently joined the Imagine tenants. They will develop the retail and service area located on the ground floor of building B. The first tenant will arrange a modern kindergarten facility with an area of 517 sqm., featuring a play zone, its own unique approach towards English language learning, a macrobiotic diet and a programme for the development of social skills and emotional intelligence. On the other hand, an area of 362 sqm. will be occupied by a horeca zone developed by the Olimp restaurant, which will be open to both Imagine employees and visitors to the neighbourhood of the Imagine office building.
The modern Class-A Imagine office complex will consist of three buildings. Two of them (six-storey facilities) will offer a total of 17,200 sqm. of commercial space: 14,800 sqm. of office space and 2,400 sqm. of retail and service space. The third one will house an overground garage offering 356 parking spaces and 49 double bicycle racks.
The Imagine site is under intensive construction. The general contractor for the office part, Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A., is currently carrying out the reinforced concrete works on the next storeys of building A (level +3) and building B (level +3). So far, a bicycle path from Aleja Rydza-Śmigłego has been completed as part of the investment. All conflicting elements of underground infrastructure which hindered the reconstruction of the junction from Aleja Piłsudskiego have been removed.
The structure and the façade of the 13-level overground car park have been completed at an impressive pace of just a few months. Finishing and installation works are currently ongoing in the garage. GOLDBECK is responsible for this part of the investment.
The Imagine office complex was designed by the DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne studio. The exclusive leasing agent is Colliers International. Construction works began in March this year. The complex is scheduled to be delivered in Q3 2019.
